Maleficent

So I saw the new Disney movie Maleficent today which is essentially the story of Sleeping Beauty from Maleficent's point of view. I won't spoil anything, but I will say that it was a fantastic movie with amazing special effects and far more mentally and emotionally stimulating than any rendering of the original Sleeping Beauty. I actually was torn between seeing that and How to Train Your Dragon 2 which I really want to see. But I figured since HtTYD2 just came to theaters yesterday and Maleficent came out on May 30 I'd have plenty of time to see it while Maleficent might not be showing much longer. I freaked out about a HtTYD2 movie poster because Hiccup had facial hair and it disturbed me. I already knew Snotlout grew a 'beard' but Hiccup with facial hair was just...emotionally traumatizing and at the same time quite intriguing. I was flattered that the movie makers would think to do that. They even changed the shape of his face to show that he had indeed aged. I also bought the new album from The Pretty Reckless which is called Going to Hell. I am satisfied with their new album to say the least.
